Another song that reminded me of you. 

I heard this song the other day and it was like you were singing it to me.

Ahh Christmas.  Growing up you always made it so fun and exciting.  You would be in the best mood the whole month of December and act like a kid in a candy store. It was always such a big event to get the tree and to decorate it.  To watch and listen to you and Leighton try to untangle thousands of lights each year and for mom to gripe that you got the wrong tree. And there was always Christmas music playing and I just loved that time of year growing up.  And even as I got older you still made Christmas special and because of you I was able to create Christmas traditions for my girls.  But after losing you Christmas has never been the same and I don't think it ever will be.  I love you and miss you everyday but especially during the holidays that you made so special.

Well this Thanksgiving didn't go very well but as always in your honor we put your picture on the table and all the turkey feet that Gracie has collected since you gave her the first pair!  It's just never the same without you.  Nothing is.  You are so missed!
